You can only request the modification or cancellation of your order if it is not in an advanced stage of preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ajuar.store. Remember to indicate your order number.
SHIPMENT
If the product is in stock, the estimated delivery time is 7 working days. However, we cannot control incidents that may occur by the collaborating transport agencies or any other mishap that may occur. For this reason, the delivery times indicated are always estimates and we cannot guarantee 100% that they will always be fulfilled according to schedule. As soon as we receive your order the Ajuar team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated on the final screen, just before checkout. This allows us to calculate the volume and weight of your shopping cart and give you the best possible price. Above certain total purchase amounts, shipping costs are free of charge.
If you have received confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped and you still have not received it, we recommend that you check the tracking number provided by the shipping agency. This way, you will be able to check where your package is and have an estimated date of when you will receive it. If this does not help, we advise you to contact the shipping agency. You will see which shipping agency has been assigned to you in the confirmation email. This is the most direct and fastest way to track your order.
INCIDENTS AND RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to inform us of your wish to return it. In this case, we will organize the transport with the same agency with which you received it. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. Remember that you must meet the requirements described in our return policy and provide us with the order number, the date of receipt of the order, your address and your personal data to contact@ajuar.store.
Deberás send us the products you do not want with their original packaging and unused. Remember to attach a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice. Before returning the product remember to make sure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it is not damaged during transport, we will process the refund of the amount you paid, minus the cost of transport, using the same method of payment.
We will do this as quickly as possible, after we have received all the products you have returned.
You will not be able to return custom-made products or products manufactured specifically for you.

Remember that you have to indicate the order number, the reasons for the incident and photos that demonstrate it with sufficient clarity. We will proceed to replace the product as long as it is possible without any cost for you. If we are unable to process a replacement, we will proceed to the full refund of the amount you paid.
