SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We process shipments within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive your package in Europe between 4 - 6 days after your order has been processed. Outside of Europe, you will receive it within 10 - 15 days.
We will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time or even earlier, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays and unforeseen circumstances caused by the courier company that are beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
The shipping cost of your order is calculated at the checkout screen depending on its weight and destination.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please note that at Ajuar we create handmade and unique objects, so they may vary slightly from the images and may have irregularities.
We are confident that you will love your Ajuar piece. If not, you can return your order within 14 days from the day you received it.
Please ensure you keep the boxes and packaging in good condition so that you can return it in the same condition and prevent any damage. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We take great care to protect the household items so that they reach you in the best condition. If, however, you receive your order damaged, please contact us within the next 24 hours via email: contact@ajuar.store.
